Health and Winter

Health is primarily defined as a physical,mental, social condition of a human being. "Health is Wealth" is not just a quotation we all read in primary classes. It is a thing to practice in our day to day life. We are living in 21st century where people are running behind only wealth and not any other things.With the start of month of December, the cold waves are coming and the temperature is going down.So today, we are discussing about the health issues in winter season and its preventive measures.

During Winters,people suffer from cold ,sneezing ,rhinitis, allergic bronchitis, cough, asthma and many other diseases.Some people suffer from various skin diseases due to vasoconstriction and dehydration because of that the skin becomes dry and itchy. Small children suffer from Eczematous.   Echzematous is a disease in which coin-shaped rashes mainly on the scalp occurs. Senior people suffer from Joint pain,Arthritis. In early morning, joint become stiff.

People should take care about their health especially in winters. People should do yoga and exercises in winter to maintain themselves healthy. One should wear Sweaters, mufflers, and other warm clothes before going out of the home.Apply winter creams as well as moisturizers on the body parts to maintain skin hydrated and moisturized. Senior people should take advice from their family physician as well as physiotherapist during winter season.Even a morning walk can help a lot. In winter, one should eat hydrated and nutritive foodstuffs in order to maintain their health.
                            
                          Prevention is better than Cure.....!
